Angry Birds is by far the most popular game that launched so recently (2009) and yet gripped so many within such a short duration. Hence, Rovio decided that Angry Birds deserves to be on Facebook to continue making all its fans happy. It is now set to arrive on Facebook on February 14 for Valentine’s Day. The event is going to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia from where 41 million Facebook users come out of the total 800 million, as per the latest market research.
Samsung Wave Y S5380 La Fleur series
The Samsung Wave Y S5380 was recently spotted in Ukraine in the La Fleur avatar. The phone that happens to be the cheapest among the new Bada 2.0 smartphones introduced last year is already on sale at Rozetka for $165. The phone sports a purple back case with a floral pattern and has features like that of the original Y. 3.2 inch HVGA display, TochWiz UI, HSPDA, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 3.0, 832 MHz processor, 2MP rear camera, and a 2GB memory card. Since Samsung had already introduced the Wave 525 and Wave 723 in the La Fleur version, we’re not all that excited about this one. Even if you happen to like it, we can’t tell you yet if Samsung is going to launch it in other markets.
LG Prada 3.0 phone hits the UK and soon the world
The third Prada and LG combo phone dubbed as LG Prada 3.0 is all set to go on the shelves at Phones 4u in UK today. The platform is a customized Android 2.3 UI designed by Prada itself, sporting simple black and white icons. The phone measuring 127.5 x 69 x 8.5mm, is slick with a thickness of only 8.5mm. It is not an Android stalwart as such, but it still manages to deliver some good tech specs- 1GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, expandable microSD storage and an 8 MP camera.
