Mp3 player belt for unborn babies attempt at 'womb-training'

A device called BLABY, consisting of a contoured belt stitched with an MP3 player that could be worn by expectant mothers was unveiled yesterday. The device consists of a series of special ‘speakers’ that transmit vibrations from the music to the foetus. Designed by Canadian design student Geof Ramsay, the belt also boasts of tiny mechanisms at the back that provide the mother-to-be with a relaxing massage. According to designer Geof Ramsay, the simple device gives mothers a chance to try out the theory that music is a catalyst for an unburned child’s mental growth.
Tagball- The indoor paintball simulator allows you some vengeance shooting

The Tagball indoor paintball simulator is perfect for those who like a little concentration game at home after lunch or dinner. It shoots tiny velcro style ammo balls into your target and its rubber band powered too, so you don’t have t worry about any eco-friendly-aficionado-resistance from neighbors. Who knows, with a couple of these shooting stars, you could set up military proving grounds in your backyard and make some fast bucks too. (Fine, that was too much)
LG's W53 line of monitors is a sight for sore eyes

LG has some of the best monitors and you have got to check out their latest release, the W53. It has the expected HD capabilities along with a technology that is made to reduce strain on the eyes. We all know that staring at the screen for far too long gives us tired eyes. That won't be an issue anymore as these monitors come with an Auto Brightness feature that optimises the picture settings and screen brightness based on surrounding light sources. No more rubbing of eyes while watching your favorite movies or reading text. Another good bit is the timer that reminds you to take breaks from your computer at regular intervals. The sizes offered range from 18 to 27 inches and a 16:9 aspect ratio on screens over 21.5 inches.
ThreeStyle door is completely inspired by Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Which girl doesn't love fairy tales? We all grew up listening to them and somehow as little girls built some significant parts of our lives around them. While you might not get your Prince Charming or a beautiful castle like in the stories, you can get a door that seems like it's right out of the Goldilocks' tale. ThreeStyle, the world’s first 3-in-1 door has been designed by Slam. The door is neither too big nor too small. It is perfect for daddy, mummy and the kid. You can open and enter according to your size! I'm really liking this idea. Maybe next time they will design a house made of candy right out of Hansel and Gretel. Fingers crossed!

This line of furniture has been designed by Diego Silvério and Helder Filipov and it's obvious they get their inspiration from Tetris. I doubt I'd want a room full of this furniture, but a piece here or there would really add novelty to your decor. The shelves and cabinets are really bright and colorful and they offer ample storage space.

Panasonic Toot-a-loop Bracelet radio: A gizmo from yester-years!

Old things are selling and how! Now I don’t want to repeat that clichéd proverb once again. It’s fascinating to have a guest from the past, this amazing AM-only radio that could be worn as a bracelet, produced back in 1972. (If you do recall playing with it as a child) It pretty much fits into the technology that we have today and I’d die before I call it retro! If you like it as much as I do, then search it on eBay for $16 and up.

Doggy-shaped portable stereo speaker is not ‘bow wow’

I personally love dogs and consider them my favorite pet. But that doesn’t mean I will fall for anything that resembles my beloved animal. Take for example this doggy-shaped portable stereo speaker. Presented at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair 2009 by Blue Box International, this set of speakers is just not right. The idea is definitely cute but the design isn’t. I just don’t find the colorful dogs decorated with patterns on their back very desirable. Featuring a dog nodding motion, this animal themed iPod and MP3 speaker also has funny mode that makes the dog bark!
