Melty Phones combine gossip and chocolate

Melty_chocolate_phones.jpg
I find cell phones a tad tiresome and I never seem to keep a track of mine which leads to a lot of complaining from my friends and loved ones. However, my sweet tooth goes absolutely bonkers over chocolate. That's why something like these Melty Chocolate Phones from Japanese designer Q-Pot will make me hold on to my phone. I'm absolutely floored looking at the Melty Bitter (brown), and Melty Strawberry (pink) phones which have a 3D effect chocolate case, chocolate themed menus and wallpapers, and packaging just like your favorite Belgian pralines. It doesn't get any better than texting on chocolate phones without adding any calories. The phone has an 8MP camera emblazoned with the words "give me a sweet smile", a 3 inch screen, and a Japanese system TV tuner. There will only be 13,000 units, so you are going to have to hurry.

The Sony Ericsson Bravia U1 Cell Phone comes with a unique soap dish stand

Sony-Ericsson-Bravia-U1.jpg
Sony Ericsson Mobile is all set to release the Bravia U1 handset via the KDDI telecommunications network in Japan. Let me tell you that this is one sizzling phone. It looks great in hot red. Keeping its aesthetic qualities aside, this phone comes with the Ketaisutando stand available in red, black and clear. This stand is rather unique as it is designed to look like a soap dish from silicon acrylic. I'm not sure why they derived the inspiration from a soap dish, but some designers are eccentric. The phone will go on sale from December 1, but there's no word on the price yet.

Pink Majestouch keyboard is pretty

Pink_Majestouch_keyboard.jpg
Let's start the week by getting a little girly and pink. Okay, I admit, very girly and pink. This Diatec keyboard is definitely excessively pink, but I'm not complaining. Every once in a while, this pretty color is needed in my life. The new Strawberry/pink colored Majestouch FKB108M/JP is quite cute. It's obviously not designed to be appealing to boys, but it might be on the wishlist of many ladies, young and old.

Female gamers prefer Nintendo Wii over other consoles

Nintendo_Wii.jpg
I think Wii was targeted towards casual gamers and a major chunk of casual gamers includes girls. That's why it's no surprise when revealed the fact that Nintendo Wii console is the most popular platform among female gamers in the United States, according to the latest figures from Nintendo. It seems that about 80 per cent of female gamers prefer the Wii. This completely leaves the other two next generation consoles trailing in the dust. "This didn't happen by accident," said Reggie Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo in the US. "It's the result of a deliberate attempt to expand the market." The Wii is undoubtedly a big hit with girls. We know that Nintendo comes out with some really cute games to keep us girls hooked.

Pretty and feminine Reflective Lace For Cyclists

Reflective_Lace.jpg
I'm sure there are a lot of female cyclists out there who don't like the tough and rugged image cycling can give. For all you delicate and dainty ladies, we have the reflective lace by Elena Corchero that will add a feminine touch to your bikes. For some reason this reminds of the '50s. I like the idea that we can doll up our cycles. The pictures make them look so pretty. Also, it's good from a safety point of view.

Flexi-baths can be conveniently stored

Flexi-baths.jpg
Baby baths are essential, but most babies out grow these tubs pretty quick and you have to invest in a newer one. Also, it can be quite cumbersome to store them if you don't have a big living space. Everything these days is getting compact and mobile which is just the case with Flexi-bath. This is a hard plastic children's bathtub made from polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomeric. It's interesting that the corners and non-slip bottom of the bath have lines of TPE which enables you to fold the bathtub flat with a touch of your hand. Also, the sides and the bottom are made from polypropylene which helps give the bath stability and make it strong enough to withstand everyday use. They can be stored virtually anywhere in the house. The Danish company, A Real Cool World has designed these innovative baths. The colors you can choose from are green/lime, pink/red, red/blue and transparent/turquoise. You can buy the bath for $70.

Zipwall protects from dust

zipwall.jpg
Sometimes we need to work on messy projects or fix parts of our homes and work spaces that leave every surface covered in dust. It's really a pain cleaning this up, but we a nice little solution to minimize the mess. It's called the Zipwall which is a series of telescoping rods with pads at the top, meant to help one quickly erect a floor-to-ceiling dust barrier using plastic tarps. If you have this, the dust and other unwanted particles won't fly around everywhere. While it might not be ideal for college students to buy at a price of $275, it might be perfect for those with a big bank balance. It's available here.
