Miterudake DVD helps shy women look men in the eye

Ladies, do you have a serious low-confidence syndrome owing to a sore break-up? Maybe you’re lost for the time-being, but “Miterudake for Lady” DVD could help you get over your insecurities turn you into a social savvy. ‘Miterudake’, which means ‘only looking’ in Japanese, features 51 young men staring into the camera lens for a minute each and ending with a quick smile and a reassuring phrase. Manufacturer Avex claims that the DVD is aimed at the woman whose “heart was almost broken at love and interpersonal relationships” The surprising fact is that none of the boys staring at ‘you’ are cute, a foreigner or above the 20’s age group, which makes me wonder if only young, Japanese women with bad tastes deserve this kind of product to help their sorry state.

Reverse Geo tagging Box looks like it could hold a treasure

I'm really bad with mapping and co-ordinates and things like that. There are chauffeurs and pilots and sailors for things like that! But those who like to dabble in geo-tagging and things like that, must try this reverse geo-caching gift box that can only be opened once positioned within the set coordinates i.e once the longitude and latitude match the contents can be accessed. Sounds a little too complicated for me! But it's a very nice way of securing the contents. The box looks really good and has a rustic feel to it. I'd like to pretend like it holds a hidden treasure. Yep, my imagination is running away with me once again.
Lotta mobile phone introduced by KDDI in Japan

Mini golden phone with beautiful Chinese artwork

Subway Map Print Silk Dress might be handy when you get lost

Recently, I talked about Paper Maps and how useless they are. So imagine a dress with some maps on it now. The effect is strangely attractive. This Subway Map Print Silk Dress is colorful and very pretty in bright colors. It's not for those who hate navigating though. However, maybe if you get lost a lot, this might just come in handy. The dress looks extremely chic and trendy with its fitted bodice and full, pleated skirt. There's no doubt you'd look stunning while strutting your stuff down the street in this outfit. You can get it here.
Headless USB Barbie to grace your computer

We all remember the slightly disturbing Headless Teddy Bear USB Drive. I wasn't a big fan of that, but now we have something that's going to annoy Barbie devotees! It's DIY Barbie USB device that looks like you've either cut off her head or shoved her so hard into the port that her head is gone! Not the loveliest of sights that's for sure. But hey, we know that people get off one strange things. In case you hold a grudge against Barbie, you can find the instructions here to make this device. It's quite shocking really, but take a look.
Women’s guilt conscience is stronger than men

Didn’t we already know that women are more sensitive than men and that they feel more guilt than them? But time and again we need to reinforce this fact and make men admit their insensitivity. Researchers have established that not only do women feel the emotion more intensely, but that men feel ‘too little’ guilt when they behave badly. Guilt pangs about their actions hit the middle aged women the most according to the study by academics at the University of the Basque Country in Spain. On the contrary, men in the age-group of 25 to 33 were the least sensitive, displaying ‘relatively low’ feelings of guilt. According to the study, feelings of guilt are more intense among women, not only among adolescents, but also among young and adult women. Women also top the charts in the arena of interpersonal sensitivity. However, as men start to hit the middle-age, they tend to feel guilt more strongly. The reason for this phenomenon was because women were socially conditioned to do so, rather than there being a physiological or evolutionary reason for the difference.

Ice Age cartoons made out of ice in Moscow

Ice Age happened to be one of my favorite movies and it has the most adorable characters ever. So it's not a surprise that anything related to this movie would rock my socks. In Moscow, they have aptly made these toons our of ice. What could be more perfect? They look very authentic and true to their screen life. It's attracted a lot of spectators and that was quite expected. I wish it was made a little closer to home, so I could check it out as well. Till then, I'll just look at it over the 'Interwebz'.
Apple finally unveils the iPad

The world was abuzz with rumors of the much awaited and slightly mysterious iPad. Finally the wait is over though as Apple has revealed this widely talked about tablet. It's a half-inch thick and weighs just 1.5 pounds, with a 9.7-inch capacitive touchscreen IPS LCD display, and it's running a custom 1GHz Apple "A4" chip developed by the P.A. It has an impressive 10 hour battery life that's sure to wow people. The sizes available for this baby are 16, 32, and 64GB. Some other standard features include a 30-pin Dock connector, a speaker, a microphone, Bluetooth, 802.11n WiFi and optional 3G, as well as an accelerometer and a compass. We like the convenient keyboard dock, which connects underneath in the portrait orientation. As expected iTunes will be the ruler here. The 3G version runs on AT&T and comes with new data plans: 250MB for $14.99 and an unlimited plan for $29.99 a month contract-free. It's nice that every iPad is unlocked so you can use it when traveling overseas. The prices start at $499 for 16GB, 32GB for $599, and $699 64GB. If you want 3G add $130 to the cost. There's no doubt that this is quite an exciting device that is creating ripples or rather tsunamis all over the internet. The waiting period of 60 to 90 days to get your hands on one is going to be very tiresome!

Airmouse is as ergonomic as it can get

Some computer mice can be quite tiresome to our hands. But once in a while comes along a mouse like the Airmouse that's an absolute delight. Deanmark Ltd. has made this when it's founders met in university. It's about as ergonomic has they get. It's a wireless mouse that uses an optical laser, and can run for a week without recharging. It functions by aligning itself with the ligaments of your hand and wrist. This makes it possible to keep your hand in a neutral position, and transmits more of your vector force than would be possible with a regular mouse. In short it doesn't cause any pain for your hands and increases accuracy. It's quite expensive at $129 though. Still, quality always comes at a high price.
