Doll up with the Pupa Kokeshi Doll Make up kit

pupa-kokeshi-doll.jpg
I don't particularly like dolls and make up doesn't appeal to me all that much. That's why these Pupa Kokeshi Doll makeup kits really don't cut it for me. These little Japanese dolls hold everything a girl could want to pretty herself up. There are lots of colors here and original ideas. The inspiration behind the kits was to communicate emotional appeal via colours and make-up. I suppose they are going to be quite a hit with women. The kits are a little steep at $45, but you can get yourself one here.

2 Love my lips- saves you from suspicious drinks

500x_SpikeLipGloss.jpg
A serious cause for concern for every woman would be an adulterated drink. You never know when you might fall into a trap like this. 2 Love My Lips is rightly made just for you. This gloss includes camouflaged test strips that detect drugs like GHB and Ketamine. All you need to do is simply dab the ends of the taper in your drink, if something suspicious is present in the drink your gloss turns blue. You can then inform your friends about it and get help from Security and the Police. This lip balm is a smart solution to a problem which could lead you into trouble. Other than it's testing ability the gloss also plumps your lips and smells minty fresh giving you an amazingly good look. This minty gloss is available in UK for $15.7 and will soon be available in the U.S, the rest of Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Get dolled up with the Puposka World è la Collezione

Matryoshka_Makeup.jpg
I don't particularly wear a lot of make-up and I don't have a doll fetish, so these limited-edition Pupa cosmetics dolls (the 'Puposka World è la Collezione') don't hold my interest all that much. However, for all those who like matryoshka and like to literally 'doll up', this is going to be high on their wish list. The dolls look pretty enough and they pack all the essential and more make up. You can get them over here for $16, if they have stolen your heart. I think I'll have to say pass to them.

British woman undergoes multiple surgeries to resemble Queen Nefertiti

British_woman_nileen.jpg I always knew that there is particular set of people that are pretty cuckoo over their past lives. However, Nileen Namita takes it to a whole new level. Miss Namita is a 49-year-old artist from Brighton and she is convinced that in her past life she was Queen Nefertiti. Yeah, I know, it sounds really crazy. But what's even more strange is that she spent $326,700 in order to get plastic surgery done on her face to resemble the statue of this queen from ancient Egypt. Take a look at the picture. Think it was worth the money and effort? Why not just be who you are in your present life instead of chasing the past? It took this lady 51 surgeries to get the face she wanted.

Critics not amused with the ‘fat-burning’ lip balm

lip_balm.jpg
The world is not alien to women’s obsession with weight, and no wonder a lot of companies make big bucks by selling weight loss products to these unsuspecting women. The latest on the list is a ‘Fat-burning’ lip balm. While it claimed to have been a favorite in the US, critics in the UK are not very convinced about its tall claims. The maker of this lip balm Dr Allan Kurtz, claims that it contains appetite suppressants and improves metabolism with a simple lick of the lips. He also claims that ‘People who have used this have reported losing between 6lb and 10lb without changing anything else. It works by just suppressing appetite. Because it goes into your system through your lips it works quickly and you still get the oral gratification of putting something on your mouth’. The British critics say the lip salve will do little to cause 'substantive' weight loss, and there is no substitute for eating less and exercising more rather than spend £4.95 for this product.

Vibrate your boobs to a bigger cup size

electronic-breast-enhancers.jpg
While men obsess over their ‘Banana’s’ all their life, women are busy worrying about their twin assets all the time. With Pamela Anderson and Anna Nicole Smith being worshiped by men around the world, the pressure of having bigger boobs has left many women tormented. The Electric Bust Enhancers claim to be a blessing for women wanting to give Pamela a run for her money. These have to be placed in you bra cup and they will vibrate your boobs to make it larger. Whether it really works or not is really questionable, you might end up getting a nipple burn instead. And plus it will be very uncomfortable to have your boobs vibrating, while you are working on that important report at work. At $12, it looks more affordable than a boob job though.

British law makers to impose a ban on photoshop

twiggy_olay.jpg
After some surprisingly wrinkle-free images if the 59 year old Twiggy surfaced a few days ago, British Members of Parliament are calling for a ban on Photoshopping ads aimed at children, and disclosure of digital alterations in ads aimed at adults. Britain's Liberal Democrats would like to ban Photoshopping entirely in ads aimed at those under 16, and require all other ads to carry a disclaimer describing the degree of their modification. They also plan to introduce media literacy lessons to tech kids about advertising techniques and be wise while choosing products.
