Women burn 48,000 calories per year by…Shopping

Shopping does so much more for women than just make them happy!!! Retail therapy helps to pep you up and overlook your ordeals and a study has revealed that High Street sprees are good for your health so much that the average woman burns around 385 calories just browsing stores each week as opposed to men who spend an average 50 minutes and cover just 1.5 miles per week. In a year we in point of fact end up walking 154 miles simply hunting for bargains (aren’t we good or what!!!). No surprise that more than half of the 2000 polled ladies said they felt more exhausted after a long day of shopping as compared to a workout. In a separate poll, experts calculated that women burned almost 48,000 per year
I have never shopped till I dropped but if this is how much we burn by just shopping then I think I have to shop more every week apart from the regular physical exercises. So is shopping gonna replace the bike rides, treadmills and long walks? My guess is as good as yours!!!
