Enjoy chocolate minus the calories with Le Whif Chocolate Inhaler

Le_whif.jpgWe all love chocolate, but most of us consider it a sin and can't get rid of the guilt pangs after devouring a yummy chocolate bar. Le Whif has come to our rescue however. It's a chocolate inhaler that combines chocolate and aerosol science with zero calories. Harvard professor David Edwards and his students had conducted an experiment last year with the concept of "eating habits to their logical conclusion." So something good has come out of this culinary experimentation. Hopefully, the chocolate will be delicious and it will satisfy our taste buds without the side effects of those evil calories. Maybe eventually all junk food will be converted into inhalers. Who knows? Le Whif can be bought here for $54. Go indulge!

Asterisko makes USB hubs look cool

Asterisko.jpg
USB devices are cool especially if they come in wicked designs. This USB hubs definitely ranks high on the design front. Asrerisco has been designed by Joel Escalona and it will appeal to males as much as females. The girls can look at it as a pretty star. The hub has 4 ports and its fit for any environment. The blue makes it look really cool for boys too. Overall, one of the better USB hub designs we've come across in a long time.

The Nokia 7205 Intrigue looks pretty in pink

pink_phone.jpg
The Nokia 7205 Intrigue is obviously targeted towards the ladies and maybe towards the metrosexual man to a certain extent? How you ask? Just take a look at this clamshell phone with hidden MP3 touch controls on the outside. It's got a nice pink touch to it. This makes the design look very pretty. This is a nice phone to use an an MP3 player. The controls of this and the display are not visible until you actually start using them. The screen is quite useful and good at multi-tasking as it can show song info such as artist/album/song title/time and double as a a clock and display the signal strength as a secondary function. Besides this, most of the features are very basic. I love the silver and sans flower petal d-pad, it's sweet.

The Queen of England receives an iPod from President Obama

ipod_crown.jpg
President Obama is notorious for giving strange gifts to important personalities. You might remember him presenting Prime Minister Gordon Brown with a set of DVD's featuring classic American films. Unfortunately, this set was rendered useless due to incorrect region encoding. This time around, Obama paid a visit to the Queen at Buckingham palace armed with a rather unusual gift. He gave Elizabeth II an iPod with a video from her 2007 visit to the States. Thoughtful or goofy? In return, the Queen presented Obama with a silver-framed photo of the Queen and her husband which is the norm. I think I like Obama's gift better by a mile. The Queen seems to have liked the iPod quite a bit too or she was just being polite. I really cannot imagine her sporting the trademark iPod headphones and grooving to the tunes. I can't wait to see what Obama will present to the next important person he meets. I'm sure that will make headlines too.

Fitting Rooms might be replaced with the Virtual Wardrobe

wholelook.jpg
Buying clothes is great and half of the fun lies in trying on your trendy fashionable prospects. But the Virtual wardrobe online application is all set to take away the fun from shopping. What you need to do here is upload a photo of your face and the application will then match you up with different types of suits and dresses, different hair colors and weirdly-shaped hats. I don't think a software can help you out with this one. You just have to go out to the store in person and see what suits you best. It's that or nothing for me. Your face can't quite tell what will suit your body the best. However, I suppose if you are bored and have nothing better to do, you can give this a go and then go check out the styles offered to you in person.

The Big Gun Brush cleans your keyboard with a bang

gun-3.jpg Keyboards can get really dirty, we know that. To make it worse, laptop keyboards are so hard to clean. But fear not as there are many keyboard cleaning devices in the market. Most of them are boring and run-of-the-mill, but here's something that's distinctly different. It's the Big Gun Brush that comes from Japan. It's quirky and fun and if that's not enough, it'll also keep your keyboard spic and span. So shoot away all the dust with this gun cleaner. You can buy it for $19 from Rinkya.

Ergonomic keyboards have still not gained enough popularity

ergonomickeyboards_01.jpg
Let's chat about keyboards for a bit. Over the years, we've seen a variety of keyboards. Some are super awesome, some couldn't be more convenient. However, recently with the advent of netbooks, keyboards have become something of a nightmare. These netbooks have keyboards that are really uncomfortable to type up as they are too small and crammed up. If you check out the natural keyboard line from Microsoft, it seems quite impressive at first glance. They make access to all the parts of the keyboard easy and the keys are nicely separated. This is in theory though, however when you try out the keyboard in actuality, it's a whole different story. The way the keyboard is separated is really inconvenient. So the line hasn't gained in popularity.

Little Star Wars Costumes for little Darth Vader and Princess Leia

little_star_wars_costume.jpg
If you are a Star Wars fan, I pity your children if you come across these Little Star War Costumes. They are pretty much going to be forced to role play Darth Vader and Princess Leia. I personally think they can look quite cute, but I used to hate it when my parents would dress me up in uncomfortable costumes. The Princess Leia dress is adorable as it is robe style with a Velcro closure in the back and includes its own fleece headpiece, so your little girl need not have long locks. The Darth Vader costume is a romper a romper with underleg snap closure, plus a detachable cape (Velcro) and a helmet headpiece made from fleece. I don't think Darth Vader has ever looked more cute. There are various sizes available. One neat touch is that the details on both are stitched and printed to the body of the costume. You can buy it for $20 here. So get geeky the Star Wars style!

Pink Bunker: Vandalized improvisation

Pink Bunker.jpg
A group of Barcelona based “activists” called ‘Difusor’ are known to undertake guerilla projects in the public space. Their latest project was improving an old decaying bunker from the Spanish Civil War, covering it with pink camouflage. As you can see here, the bunker was already covered with graffiti. Lucky them, who managed to get away without the charges for vandalizing a historic site! Should I say, “Good work! Keep it up”?

Pink iPhne is not the real deal

Imobile-Phone-V509-main.jpg
The ‘i’culture is like a pest that cultivates itself and spreads like a virus. So it’s quite predictable that our iPhone would have its own phony version too. If you still want to know which one, it is the imobile phone V509, AKA the iPhne that looks a lot like the authentic company produce, with the Apple logo at the back and all that jazz. The arrival of the phone seems almost legitimate as Apple hasn’t come out with a Pink iPhone yet.

Ethernet Cable Fashion show flaunts break-neck tangles

ethernet-cable-fashion.jpg
Fashion shows are getting weirder by the day, showcasing the most unprecedented materials and themes. A recent fashion show in Medellin, Colombia put up gnarling cables as their theme. As you can see, a model shows off a brilliantly colored headgear which was designed by students of the Pontificia Bolivariana University in Medellin, out of what was supposedly discarded Ethernet cable. Hats (and headgears) off to her for holding that crazy thing on her head and still managing to stay upright! The next picture shows an outfit that seems to be made of thousands of zip ties.

Pedi Pistol pledges to shoot your foot ‘pedi’caments

PediPistol.jpg
Have you been looking for a gadget that does everything right from filing, to buffing, to smoothing? You should seriously take a look at the commercial that shows all that this pedicure tool does. Pedi Pistol apparently has 5 precision crafted heads that allow you to reach your feet. When you watch the video, the next question that you will pop up is, ‘How the hell can you see the vile calluses and manage to rip the skin off from such a distance?’ The most hilarious part is when the pregnant woman claims to have got it all right with this thing. If you’re curious as to how this wonder pistol works, you can buy it at PediPistol for $20.
