Dectectair Vest protects you from pollution

Dectectair is designed by Industrial design students Genevieve Mateyko and Pamela Troyer at Emily Carr University of Art + Design. It is a vest that detect the ambient air quality and displays the data on the garment itself by illuminating a pattern of embedded LEDs across the chest. This is quite cool. I'm impressed that the LED's visualize an individual's quality of breathing based on the toxicity levels in the air. Then the wearer is alerted of this through small vibrators. It features a a collar that functions as a protective mechanism akin to a medical/dust mask. So when you step into an unhealthy environment, just use this as your shield. We have stepped into times where clothes and materials have to be created to protect us from the polluted environment. We must really buckle up and do something about this pollution.
