Kate Perry ‘outshined’ everyone else at the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art with ease. The credit however goes to the rainbow-colored LEDs concealed beneath the otherwise normal looking ruffled dress. When she walked in she did look gorgeous in her off-shoulder dress with a sexy slit. What more ultra-slim lights controlled by a switch hidden inside Perry’s bra.
