Lawrence Pernica wins Threadless Tee contest this week!

Did you know that you could become famous by designing a T-shirt? Lawrence Pernica, one of the winners of Type Tees contest designed a T-shirt that read, “Video Games ruined my life, good thing I have two extra lives”. Threadless, which is a creative T-shirt forefront, is nearly 7 years old and has a thriving social community of enthusiastic masses who are interested in designing T-shirts with a striving line or proverb created on their own. You could say it is an ongoing Tee shirt design competition, which is sort of a talent hunt.


Out of 600 entries submitted each week, 4-6 winners are chosen whose work will be printed and sold on the site. Winners also receive prizes and cash worth $2000. The T-shirt designed by Pernice “Video games ruined my life” in guys Tee, girls Tee and kids Tee is available for a price of $12-$17 from Threadless.
