LED dresses for a glowing fashion from Japan
|

Gals, do we really need to wear LED dresses to turn a few heads? I think the glow should radiate from within and not from the dress we wear (am I sounding like a truth-seeking nerd?). However some folks in Japan feel the need to offer us a dress with a large number of attached light emitting diode allowing it to shine in the dark. It's fixed with loads of little LEDs, over which they put this slightly see through white fabric to make it appear like it's glowing, rather than you having loads of little dots where the LEDs are.

Designed by Swarovski and Hussein Chalayan and will be available in Japanese market from fall and winter season in this year. Is this the next revolution in fashion arena?
