Women sue Victoria Secret as their lingerie made them ill
Leading lingerie firm’s under garments caused an awful itchy rash to women. Several women have claimed of suffering similar symptoms and hence filed a lawsuit against Victoria’s Secret. On testing the lingerie in the laboratory it was revealed that the bras showed traces of formaldehyde, which is used in the textile industry to make fabrics crease-resistant. However, the company denied of using formaldehyde in their products and further said that customer safety and satisfaction are always our primary concerns and we take seriously any issues that our customers may have with our products.
A US medical Web site was flooded with complaints against the underwear company.
