    my mother in law has ALS – and has not use of hands and arms, we purchased one of these heart shaped tv remote last year and she can change channels with her toes.  It just broke down and we are looking for another, we found large rectangular ones but the numbers are too close together, we are in Moncton New Brunswick Canada and would like to purchase a couple of them……thanks
