Microsoft's Xbox controllers in red and green are too early for Christmas

Green and red happen to be my least favourite colours and Xbox 360 happens to be my least favourite gaming device(I know, blasphemy!). But, Microsoft has a lot of fanboys and fangirls out there, so my vote won't exactly be missed. Anyway, they are coming out with a limited edition of red and green Xbox controllers at the end of September. I'll hand it to them that the red one looks pretty hot with its black trim and bundling a Play and Charge with a red battery pack will further tempt people to get their hands on this baby. I think, that this green and red colour theme would be more apt for the Christmas season, wha are they thinking bringing it out in the summer?

Maybe you could buy these red and green Xbox controllers and save them for gifting during Christmas. They are priced at a pretty reasonable sum of $64.
