Mobile phone for four year olds to be launched in UK soon

I seriously don’t think it is a good idea to buy your four year old toddler his/her very own mobile phone. But a Dublin based firm thinks otherwise and is actually all set to launch a mobile phone just for toddlers in UK. This colorful Firefly handset will have just five buttons - including two which call Mum and Dad directly. More than 7,000 of the £85 ($140) Firefly handsets have already been sold in Ireland so the firm is expecting a great response from UK as well. This news has definitely not gone down well with various sections of society who believe that such gadgets are responsible for eroding childhood. No doubt the handset is definitely cute but I still think it’s wrong to introduce your little ones to gadgets at such a young age. No wonder children are growing up so soon these days.
