New concepts for Nikon Coolpix series capture retro and futuristic in one frame

I am certainly not into photography so a new camera in the market has no effect on me. But for the rest of you budding photographers who really appreciate the design and worth of the device called- camera, have a look at the new concepts for the Nikon Coolpix series. Designed by Nikolay Kamarov, these concept cameras are definitely a class apart. The Neo classic model is sure to appeal to every retro lover as it looks to combine digital photography technology with old school camera aesthetics with its leather trim and silver polished body.

While for the more futuristic folks, the Good Grip with its parallelogram shaped body, chrome center, and black trim is just perfect. The Good grip has been modified with some new and improved user interface like the use of cm or inches instead of pixels to deliver the dimensions to the user. More speculated features include a digital interface with analogue buttons and big icons instead of multilevel nested menus. A great concept, it will definitely be a rage when it hits the markets.
