All I know regarding this character is that Neon is the 16 year old main character in the “Nipponbashi Project”. For all its fans PC-Koubou will release a 100 unit limited edition Netbook pimped with Neon as well as five different Neon wallpapers. This notebook is featured with a Core 2 Duo P8600, 320GB of SATA HDD, 2GB of RAM, DVD DL Multi Burner, Wifi BG… and will be sold for around $1050.
