Sony Mini Vaio packs a Rolly in it
|

Sony products usually have looks to kill, but they can be horribly over priced and sometimes plain useless. Sony has thrown the new Rolly in our laps and first impression makes you fall in love with the mini Vaio laptop. I'm strictly referring to the looks here of course. I'd never in a million years purchase a Vaio when I have the option of HP. But without a doubt, Rolly is going to make a splash. The 14.1-inch VGN-CS60B offers a multi-colored light bar on the front that uses the Rolly's trademarked "12 Tone Analysis" to turn your dorm room into a discotheque. This little feature is going to be a major hit with college student, what with all the late night partying that goes on. There are also a series of blinking LEDs above the keyboard that makes adjusting the volume quite fun. The Type C includes a 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD, 802.11n WiFi and a FeliCa port. Expect it to come with Windows Vista Home Premium. The color is shiny pink, so this will make the girls go crazy. I'm sure there is something available for the boys too. With all its cool lighting features, it's a laptop that will attract attention.
Sony's Rolly is set to release in Japan for about $1,400. It'll fit so well with Tokyo's neon lit city. As for the United States, I can't shed light on when it will hit that market.
