Visomate USB Vision and Posture Reminder keeps you in check
|

Finally a USB gadget is here that is concerned about the fitness as well as wellbeing of the entire blogging community! May God Bless Him (who has created nifty this device). I am well aware of the fact that working on the computer with an erroneous posture will lead to threatening consequences for my eyes as well as spine. But drowned deep in work, all these threats peter out. Visomate USB Vision and Posture Reminder is like a smart watch-dog that will remind you with flashing LEDs and chimes once you are closer than the recommended visual distance (35cm) from the monitor. After all monitors also need their personal space! No sirens or shrills….just a simple LED will start flashing. Once you’ve leaned to close, you’ll notice a red LED flashing and all you have to do is sit back. Once back in the “safe zone” a solid blue LED will go on. However, I hope I don’t develop immunity to the blue and red LED lights over a period!

Priced at just $26, you just need to place it on your monitor and plug it to USB port.
