Boomerang Desk makes its way back

I'm really impressed with the Boomerang Desk that was first released at the end of 1960's and designed by French artist MAurice Calka. This original fiberglass desk has made its way back with a limited edition of 35 piece. A little unknown fact is that French President Georges Pompidou was the proud owner of a white boomerang in the Elysée Palace. Serge Calka has made a re-edition possible and it is now manufactured by Singaporian furniture company Office Planner. This iconic desk is pretty useful for storage and with a lot of style. The orange seen is pictures gives it a funky edge.

Jentle Jet sink from MTI Whirlpools makes hand-washing clothes easy

For those who do their laundry at home, you have gotta check out the Jentle Jet sink from MTI Whirlpools. It is a cool sink that provides a new solution: three micro-jets that let you properly clean delicate hand-washables. It's so convenient that only jetted water touches the garments, and you can regulate the speed from a soft swirl to a vigorous wash. Also, a removable filter easily traps lint and loose threads. The contemporary design of the sink is pleasing and it can be under-mounted or flush-mounted, and it's available in an array of high-gloss colors to match any laundry room decor. It's small enough to not take up too much space, but big enough to take on items like a bulky sweater. It's available for under $600.

Tampons used to make chandelier! No gibberish!

This is magnificent; this takes my breathe away; and this is made all out of tampons! Yep, it is, I dunno how many hundreds of them were used to create this massive tampon chandelier but that’s what it took to create this wonderful chandelier. I dunno if it lights up a room like a crystal chandelier (does it even stand a chance?) but it does deserve accolades for at least looking like one incredible chandelier.

We all have known chess as the game for the serious. It can be a fun game says designer Thomas Larsen if you are playing with his chess set Okai Plai. I agree he has made the game a lot more imaginative and involved by omitted the dull side of this strategic game. Simple and clear colors contribute to create a decorative whole. Each piece if fabricated with a different personality and character to it.

Also, it'll be beneficial for learning kids to practice their alphabet or spellings there. Me drinking milk as much as I do, this really appeals to me. I cam think of so many notes to write on it.
