Just another chopping board named Space invader

This handmade wooden cutting board was crafted by 1337motif using individual "pixels" of walnut and hard maple, and glued with FDA approved waterproof glue. The whole thing is then sealed with mineral oil and beeswax.

He just might be one of the first designers to think of something so obvious it makes my brain ache. He put numbers on these lovely drawer designs, making finding your stuff that much easier.
Clean the public urinals with the Elephantine urinal robot in Kobe Japan
These huge cleansing robots are known as elephantine e'pissoir. They are about 100kg and might possibly consume more place than a person in the urine. Ok, it is hard to imagine how shoving and wrestling the 100kg DCBA robot into position would be a savings in labor. In the top photo, the DCBA robot dwarfs the operator girl. However, the company claims the machine cleans one urinal in 10 seconds and saves eight liters of water in the process. The robots are intended for the cleaning operations of large institutions including highway rest areas and public restrooms of railroads.

Doing dishes takes a lot of time and labor, even if you have a dishwasher at home. Student designers Marie-Christine Lacasse and Marie Claude Savard from University of Montreal in Quebec thought of putting this inefficient system out of place by coming up with Mural Dishwasher concept. The ‘Wraparound’ washer has a disciplined and serial order of doing your rack full of dirty dishes. It starts and slides along the length of the rack cleaning as it moves forward.
