I always thought rocking away on a rocking chair was a great way to relax and laze around. This unique piece of furniture, still a design only, is a rocking shell chair with an LED lamp specially designed for reading. A power independent armchair, the lamp is provided electrical energy by a dynamo which is connected to a special kinematic mechanism. It works together with a lever that runs a fly-weel disk when you rock. A great design, it will definitely transform your lazy rocking hours into a productive activity.

I just hope the makers have not forgotten to attach a switch to this gizmo. I would hate to have a light blaring in my face when I am not reading. Else a great invention, I wouldn’t mind investing in this one.
