I love me some caffeine, especially if its in the form of an espresso. Really, it is the cure for everything. However, I only just found out that the key to a good espresso is the pressure that is used to press the water through the coffee(never gave this a thought). Apparently, this is the precise reason why mobile espresso makers have failed time and again.
