TERRAIN makes Chess more challenging
|

As if the game of Chess wasn’t complex enough, somebody has decided to make it even more complicated. That somebody is Tonfisk and the name of the game is TERRAIN. This complex version of Chess consists of a 3-dimensional board made of 64 separate wooden blocks which can be altered and rearranged to create a variety of terrains in which to do battle. So change the game and the game plan itself, as you move the blocks along with your pawns. The wooden blocks are made of oiled walnut and white oak while the porcelain chess pieces are handmade and each piece is unique.
Quite complicated for me, this added dimension of difficulty promises to be a challenge for chess players.
