Mobile phones for kids by Firefly Mobile

Whether to give your kid a mobile phone is that infamous question that has a long debate going on over it. What if I was to tell you that there are mobile phones specifically designed for kids? Would that lean the debate in favor of the mobile phone? Firefly Mobile is the first pay-as-you-go service provider who has made an effort to come up with a mobile phone built especially for the little brats who are lucky enough to have generous parents.
I will list out the specs of the two models first.

controller, and number pad

# 6 hour talk time and 250 hour standby time
# microSD slot

The glowPhone :

* wallpapers
* SMS support

I like the safety features of the glowPhone as it gives parents some control over the use. Other than this, it
just seems like a regular phone. I think mobile phones given to children can’t have anything good come out of it. Buy them a DS instead. But if you do want to get them a phone, you can purchase it through target or fireflymobile.com
