Nokia 7088 brings L'Amour Collection for CDMA users
|

Last month my cell (Nokia) broke down and I was compelled to pick a new model. I was thrilled as I had a legitimate excuse to pamper myself to the latest ones on the shelves. Being a hard core Nokia fan and of course a CDMA user, my happiness was limited. I couldn’t dig out a Nokia CDMA that lived up to my expectations in form and function both. I guess my prayers are answered as Nokia is all set to bring the bold style of the L'Amour Collection to CDMA users all over the world by unveiling the Nokia 7088. This slider phone, first of its kind in the L’Amour series, features a gemstone-like key and a carved directional pad into a metallic frame. Aimed at the fashionable crowd, this chic phone sports a leathery front as well as back. This much-sought after design offers a video recorder, camera with LED flash, 128 x 160 pixel color display, two-way speakerphone, voice recorder and calendar. They have some consideration for the browsing buffs as it has built-in mobile browser that can be used to access information on the go.
Expected to hit the shelves of Asia/Pacific, Middle East, Africa, China and Latin America during this summers, I think I can wait a little bit more for this one. Better late then never!
