Piano simulator: iphone + piano = iAno

Even sky isn’t the limits for the novel innovations of the iPhone. The latest one is based on music theme, no, not the iPod one, a real Piano version. Mister Aardvark, an iPhone developer, has come up with the iAno (sounds Chino-Italian), a true multi-touch simulator for the iPhone. The simulator is complete with a four-octave keyboard where you jump around with arrows on the top of the screen. It’s equipped with polyphonic sound, allowing up to 5 keys to be played simultaneously, loaded with real piano samples, so it gives you the feel of an original one.

ardvark plans on developing additional features on the iPhone such as switchable sample sets, 88-key keyboard, recording and playback, as well as support for loading .MID tracks and playing them back.
