Altoids Mini-Speakers
Altoids have existed for as long as we can remember and as refreshing as these mints is the idea of a certain Mr. Ken Kirkpatrick who won accolades at ReadyMade’s MacGyver Challenge by creating coveted and super funky mini-speakers out of Altoid tins. Apart from a great amount of creativity the designer used a pair of old headphones, 2 Altoids tins, 2 playing cards, some glue and electrical tape.
The sound quality of the speakers is obviously not something you could rave about especially when the total cost of this project was a meager $5. Nice.
