Zen has gone pink!
|

Looks like Creative's Zen is getting into the new makeover trend. This credit card-sized pink Zen features a stunning 2.5 " color screen for video, photos and information. An SD memory card slot makes it expandable, too. It supports music and video subscription services, such as I-Tunes Plus. Transcoding enables you to view GIF, TIFF, PNG and BMP photo files. And you can view transcoded videos in MPEG1/2, MPEG4-SP, DivX 4/5 and XviD formats. You can also use the Zen as a flash drive to store text and other files. Additional bonuses include a built-in equalizer with eight settings and an alarm clock.
The new model was spotted at Wal Mart, where it is retailing at $69.99 for a 2GB unit, with no other capacities listed. As far as we can tell, the pink Zen is ready for immediate shipping, despite the fact it is not available at own Creative's online store. This little gadget also has a built-in voice recorder with microphone and an FM Radio that receives news, music, sports and talk radio stations that can be recalled with 32 presets. Quite the versatile little thing this is ain’t it?
