However some company named Dogimanhayashi in the land of rising sun has come up with a Kotatsu specifically for cats. What about the mutts there…..are they supposed to freeze? Anyways, this table with heater for meows is covered with a Kotatsu futon that drapes down to the floor. The tabletop is then put on the frame over the Kotatsu futon to keep it in place.
