Coke’s Evniga promises to burn your calories
|

Make your friends envious of your new, svelte figure! When asked about the secret, let’em know that you have been guzzling down cans of the newest beverage by Coke dubbed as Enviga. Unbelievable! Targeted at active lifestyle consumers, in patnership with Nestle, Coke plans to launch Enviga, a green tea drink that claims to have calorie burning powers, later this year. Although this is a great concept in theory we have seen time and time again how weight loss drugs either fail to work, or present a wild array of side effects. However this breakthrough diet drink uses thermogenesis to burn 50 to 100 calories just by drinking a 12 oz. serving. Wonder who’s gonna chug the most fundamental necessity- WATER!
Nestle has applied for an Enviga trademark that covers "nutritional and dietary supplements," "energizing and energetic drinks," "green tea" and "isotonic beverages." There are, however, rumors that the Enviga name may change before going to market if Enviga simply doesn’t work? Linguistically, the problem is easy to solve. By converting one letter, Coke can simply change ‘Enviga’ to ‘Enigma.’
