Four-inch Lego Michael Jackson to feature in LEGOLAND this Friday

Pop star Michael Jackson was more than just an icon to the world of music and his sudden, mysterious death has caught many a fans by shock and anguish. Nevertheless, what is done cannot be undone, and all we could do is, pay a tribute to the King of Pop. This couldn’t have been done in a lighter way than the four-inch Lego version of Michael Jackson which will be added to LEGOLAND, a Lego themed park. The section of the park known as Miniland will have a four-inch tall Minilander of Jackson, leaving his Limo in front of Grauman’s Chinese theatre.

The scene will also inevitably include a band of photographers and random paparazzi surrounding the limo as Minilanders try to catch a glimpse of the pop star. In an effort to capture the most recognizable version of Jackson, five different versions of the model are being posted on CNN.com allowing viewers to comment which model is the closest look-alike. The model that assembles most votes will be installed on Friday, July 3, 2009 in the park which opens at 10A.M.
