Hello Kitty Online – enter the cute world full of love and free of hatred
|

Being an ardent Hello Kitty fan, this news from Sanrio is like a dream come true! Like me, many of her fans must have dreamt of living in a brilliantly colorful Hello Kitty world, right? Well, Sanrio Digital has announced the launch of the closed beta for Hello Kitty Online, a MMORPG which allows players to explore and adventure in Sanrio’s fantasy world, a magical land that has recently fallen under the influence of a mysterious and malevolent power. Commemorating her 30th anniversary, Hello Kitty Online World uniquely combined this lovable cartoon character with the role-playing element, so that in the fantasy world consists of three imaginary kingdoms, player can utilize her or his (I’m sure guys too don’t mind falling a prey to her charm) personal skills and culture, to develop the countries and to accomplish the various missions. The key element that differentiates the Hello Kitty Online World from other MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) is that it promotes friendship and amicable communication between players. Players can choose from 15 occupations including teacher, trader, doctor and actor and through different missions and jobs, these characters will continue to raise the capacity of a kingdom, shape its development, and change its fate.
Hello Kitty Online is still being worked on, but it already looks great. The visuals perfectly convey that familiar cartoon ambiance that Sanrio is known for, and the excellent audio is full of Hello Kitty songs and sound effects. This is a fun, light-hearted MMORPG that is guaranteed to provide endless entertainment! Players for the closed beta version are invited to apply at the official game site or community site and experience Hello Kitty Online in advance of the game release expected in the second half of 2008.
Now my daughter will need to do away with her Neopets site as I am going to stick to Hello Kitty Online in my free time. Though she can join me in Kitty World!
