Its time for the Cronotime Clock!
|

It’s time for revival and the revivalists are all set to get on the jobs! First it was the Harri Koskinen’s block lamp which was created in 1996 and now the Cronotime Clock, Pio Manzú, 1966. It was originally designed by Fiat, the Italian automobile and industrial designer in 1966 and has been revived for the US of A by Alessi. The rotating body and dial, which can be fixed towards any direction, give a wide variety of enriched expressions to this table clock.
It Features Seiko precision movement in white ABS polymer and hence it is very easily legible! It is 3.5h x 2.75"diam. in size and costs $65. I give it a 10 on 10 for its looks and function! People were creative even back then!
