Kiss-Me-Meter eliminates embarrassing situations

It’s difficult to diagnose one’s own bad breath though, because you get so used to it. Kiss Me Meter is the latest gizmo to your rescue. Despite its romantic name, it seems appropriate for all social situations. The “Kiss Me Meter” has five LEDs indicating different levels of mouth smell. It uses MEMS gas sensors and accordingly displays results on its LED indicators. It is very discrete and is only a couple of cm in diameter so you can carry it always. You can quickly check yourself out with the meter and buy one of those peppermint sprays if necessary. Better still, you can hold this gadget in front of your hot date’s mouth and check to see if she/he needs to buy some mints too.

This detector is specific to the chemicals that cause bad breath. These are usually sulphur-based compounds produced by food particles trapped in the mouth, and the bacteria that thrive on them. This nifty gadget was shown recently at the 2006 Summer Sourcing Show for Gifts, Houseware & Toys which can save you in many embarrassing situations.
