More news on the PS3 Motion Controller
We all know that the PS3 Motion Controller was a weird looking stick at E3. It has common PlayStation buttons and a trigger now apparently. Also, it has been further revealed that it features the force feedback technology from DualShock 3 controllers and and will run on a lithium-ion battery instead of disposables. Thank god we won’t need to rely on disposable batteries. We already know that it revolves around an orb that a PlayStation Eye camera uses to track the player’s movements, including distance. You will also find an accelerometer and gyroscope that gauge the wand’s relative angle and movement. You can get your hands on it in Spring. I still can’t get over how strange it looks.
