Paris Hilton to celebrate New Year in Sydney

The girl we all love to hate, Paris Hilton, is all set to woo her so-called fans in Australia. The girl landed in Melbourne with her posse- including Nicky, Nicky's boyfriend, David Katzenberg, and Paris' new "best friend forever", Brittany Flickinger. The celebrity announced to the few media persons present there that they are in town to just shop and relax. (We really didn't expect anything else, did we?) But the lady will leave the continent by adding millions to her millions as she and sister Nicky are apparently being paid $100,000 to spend Wednesday night partying at Sydney's the Bongo Virus New Year's Eve bash in the Trademark Hotel's Piano Room.

Even though Sydney promises to pamper the celeb, Melbourne has snubbed the socialite as she failed to get an endorsement deal in Victoria. Three cheers to Melbourne for not encouraging the so-called celeb. Lets hope Sydney follows suit.
