Storm Samurai: Can you resist the cute attack

Ok, I know Stormtroopers are not supposed to be cute; they are elite soldiers, warriors for the evil Sith Lord and all that. But you cannot honestly look at the accompanying images of this adorable little Munny, and not think it is the cutest thing ever! Fans of Star wars won’t be able to resist the Storm Samurai, the genius creation of dynamic duo Guillaume & Julia Lachambre, also known as Artmymind. The Storm Samurai is just the perfect marriage of a Stormtrooper and Samurai; we can’t think of a deadlier warrior, can you? The graphic designers/custom toy makers took a tiny 4” Manny, and dressed it up in clothes that represent both aspects of this unholy mash up – a Stormtrooper’s white armor, as well as a samurai’s robe. The resulting toy stands tall at 5 inches. Adorable! The toy is made of epoxy, acrylics, fabrics and resin.


A perfect representation of the pop-culture from two different sides of the world, the Storm Samurai would make the perfect keepsake for both a Samurai and Star wars fan. Too bad it isn’t for sale. It was custom made for a private collector on commission, and will not be sold commercially. Maybe we can convince them to change their minds.
