The Chocolate insider

Is there anyone on earth who isn’t fond of chocolates? (I know you men are chuckling under the bed.) This everybody’s favorite is alleged to have a fattening and acne-causing image, but it certainly isn’t so. I always wondered how chocolate pepped me up during good times and especially the bad times, and never found a definite reason. As it is said that chocolate eaten in small amounts in it’s purest form like cacao beans or ribs has many nutrients and minerals like magnesium, iron, zinc, chromium and anti-oxidants. Raw and strong chocolate is even better as it contains minerals like anandamite, an endorphine, and theobromine, a chemical relative of caffeine. But don’t take a chance in thinking that chocolate is good for one and all, as they’re harmful for pets (cats and dogs) due to the presence of Theobromine.
Chocolate also gets to your bed, due to it’s widespread representation of being an aphrodisiac. Sunfood.com & davidwolfe.com have all the info you need about raw cacao.
