Transformers Collector Coins in silver are seriously cool
The third instalment of the Transformers movie franchise is set to release in July and already making waves. It’s only natural that people cash in on this and I mean literally. The Perth Mint in Australia is offering silver coins that feature a character from Transformers 3 – Dark of the Moon. It’s a must have on-off limited edition and no more than 5000 pieces of each design shall be produced making it very exclusive. You will be happy to know that these geeky coins include the Optimus Prime Silver Proof Coin, the Bumblebee Silver Proof Coin and the Megatron Silver Proof Coin. The Optimus Prime one is shown mid-run with the Autobots logo beneath and the inscription of “Transformers” to the right. Bumblebee coin is similar to this.
Megatron’s ultra cool coin includes a darker and sinister look with grays, browns and silvers followed by a Decepticon logo underneath. You can buy the trio set for $271 and a single coin will set you back by $104. The coins look like they are made of pure ‘awesome’. A Transformers fan will not want to pass this up.
