Puchi Puchi from Japan for is nifty little toy
|

Every time we bring a new ‘handle-with-care’ product at home, there’s a little bit more to our expectations of the new entree. After the initial oohs and aahs, myself and my kids are fighting for….squeezing the safety bubble wrap. It’s not really a soothing therapy or something like that. Its just that you get hooked on to bursting the air bubbles one at a time….and then when it is almost flat, hunt is on for the last un-popped bubble! Bandai in Japan has realized the addiction of this bustle and come up with a toy dubbed as Puchi Puchi (Puchipuchi in Japanese is the sound of a little pop, so the toy basically named itself)! Designed to mimic both the sound and feeling of popping little plastic bubbles, PuchiPuchi can be carried around as a key chain for popping. The toy makes a sound effect every 100 pops, including “door chime”, “barking dog”, “fart”, and “sexy voice”.
To add even more excitement to the craziness of Puchipuchi, there’s a 1:1000 chance that you’ll get a “puchi lucky” toy that has a heart-shaped bubble. Available in five different colors for about $10, its puchipuchi all the time! Their slogan “Anytime, anywhere, forever…you can puchipuchi” basically says it all.
