Panasonic Titanium Flat Road EB bicycle – a faster yet greener mode of transport

With the fuel prices soaring sky high, it’s sensible that we shit back to the age old mode of transport, the bicycles! But of course the most contemporary and less laborious ones will only do. Like the latest electric bicycle from Panasonic - Titanium Flat Road EB. This racing kind of bicycle includes a Titanium battery that helps you to cover a distance of 10km in an average time of 30 minutes. And if you want to know how much juice is left, Panasonic has added a SLIM - Smart Lithium-Ion Integrated Management System - that can also display information about the distance left until the battery drains.

To celebrate the launch of this new ride Panasonic asked LEON, an Italian celebrity in Japan to promote this bike. Price ranging from 585,000 yen ($5450) per unit, only 500 of them are believed to hit the shelf.
